Avenue G Salon is your place, your retreat, with a relaxing atmosphere and amenities including a quiet and relaxing salon suite, hot towel for your neck at the shampoo bowl, a cup of tea during your Salon Session, and a heating pad for your back upon request. With each of your Salon Sessions customized to your preference, there is no better place than Avenue G Salon to help you to feel renewed with a polished look!
Membership Policies:
Membership Terms and Conditions
A valid credit card and email address is required for participation in Avenue G's Membership Superstar program. The benefits associated with a Avenue G Membership Superstar program includes a monthly treatment (“Membership Treatment”), unique offers, promotions and retail product discounts available in the Salon.
Monthly Membership Treatments are to be redeemed each month. Membership Treatments that are not used during their respective Membership Month can rollover (“Rollover Treatment”) and be used for 6 months after their respective Monthly Charge Date, as long as the member is an active member. Members are permitted to redeem one Rollover Treatment per Membership Month, in addition to the current month’s Membership Treatment.

Cancellation Policy:
Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance, otherwise the appointment will be considered to have been used. If a Membership Service is not available, members will be charged 50% of the regular price of the scheduled treatment.

Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable, however, in accordance with the rules of Avenue G Salon Share program, members may designate one family member or significant other to redeem monthly Membership Treatments or Rollover Treatments.

The minimum, non-cancellable, term of a membership is three (3) months. After the minimum term, memberships will be automatically renewed for successive one month periods, unless and until the membership is canceled.

Memberships may be suspended for up to three months per calendar year. During suspension, membership benefits may not be used, including rollovers and special member savings or offers.
Memberships may be canceled at any time with at least thirty (30) days written notice after the three month minimum term.
Avenue G Salon reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of the Membership program upon advance prior written notice to its members and to cancel membership at any time. Upon cancellation of a membership, members will no longer be entitled to use the benefits of the Membership program, including redemption of unredeemed Membership Treatments, Rollover Treatments and discounted Gift Cards.
Avenue G retains the right to terminate membership at any time, for any reason.
